Extremely friendly staff made our stay memorable. They offered helpful tips and insights about the area. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to historical sites and surrounded by delightful tapas bars. My Double Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the nearby church. However, noise at night was a bit bothersome. better windows would definitely help. The room's air conditioning was efficient but the lack of an elevator in the building made carrying luggage a workout. Overall, a solid choice for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Granada.

The nearby dining scene is a treasure trove! Cafeteria Carlos I serves crisp salads that are practically life-changing. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, accommodating requests and offering helpful insights. A beautiful view of the church was a delightful bonus!
One bummer was the washroom situation.

We stayed in a Superior Quadruple Room, which was beautifully decorated and had fantastic views of the city. The location is perfect for exploring Granada, just a short walk from great restaurants and attractions. The personal touch from the staff added to our overall enjoyment while ensuring our comfort.
The reception hours can be limiting.

Perfectly located and comfortable stay
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. We had a triple room, and it was a great size with incredibly comfy beds and pillows. The area is packed with restaurants and bars but surprisingly quiet, making it a safe and peaceful place to relax after exploring nearby attractions. Plus, the nearby parkade was a steal at just 12 euros per day, thanks to the hotel's arrangement. The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit of a workout.
